Crop Rotation and Herbicide Use

Please report the crop, yield and any notes about the production year for the past 2 years (on the field intended for the trial). Field notes may include comments on extreme weather (hail, moisture excess/deficiency, disease, etc) Also note herbicides used each year, up to and including fall weed control.
